Return And Cancellation Policy | Vasavisatramguesthouse

This policy applies to room bookings at Vasavisatramguesthouse, Srisailam. We do not sell physical products, so “return” here means cancellation or refund of a stay / advance.

1. How to cancel

Send cancellation on the same WhatsApp number that confirmed the room: 7056183464, or email Kkumarvinayak596@gmail.com. Mention guest name, dates and the confirmation message. Cancellation time is counted from when we receive that message.

2. Ordinary days (non-festival)

More than 24 hours before check-in: full refund of any advance paid, minus bank / UPI charges if any.
Within 24 hours of check-in: advance may be retained as cancellation charge. Room rent already paid for unused nights can be discussed case by case.
No-show without message: the first night is charged and the room may be released after 6 hours from expected arrival.

3. Festival and peak dates

Maha Shivaratri, Karthika Mondays, Ugadi, Sankranti, long weekends and any date we marked as “peak” on WhatsApp follow a stricter rule:

Cancellation more than 48 hours before check-in: 50% of advance refundable.
Within 48 hours or no-show: advance is non-refundable because the room cannot be resold easily.

4. If we cannot provide the room

If we cancel because of over-booking, maintenance or a reason on our side, you will receive 100% refund of amount paid to us, or a free upgrade if you agree. We are not responsible for your bus / cab tickets.

5. Early checkout

If you leave earlier than the booked nights, unused nights are refundable only if we can allot that room to another guest the same day. Please inform as early as possible.

6. Refund method and time

Refunds go back to the original UPI / account used for payment. Allow 3–7 working days after we confirm the refund in writing. Cash payments made at the desk are refunded in cash or UPI at the desk.

7. What is not refundable

Auto / taxi fares, meals bought outside, temple tickets
Damage or extra cleaning charged at checkout
Payments made to a wrong number that is not 7056183464

Pay advances only to the number or UPI ID written in our confirmation message from 7056183464. We will never ask for OTP.
