This Privacy Policy explains how Vasavisatramguesthouse (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit this website, call us, email us or send a WhatsApp booking message.

1. Information we collect

Name, mobile number, email address
Check-in / check-out dates, number of guests, room type requested
Government ID details shown at check-in (as required for lodging)
Messages you send on WhatsApp, phone or email
Basic technical data such as browser type if our host logs visits

We do not ask for UPI PIN, OTP, ATM PIN or full card number on this website. Never share those with anyone claiming to be our staff.

2. How we use it

To confirm, modify or cancel a room
To contact you about arrival time, payment and house rules
To comply with lodging / police verification rules applicable in Andhra Pradesh
To answer questions about Srisailam stay and local guidance

3. WhatsApp, phone and email

When you use the booking form, your details are sent to WhatsApp number 7056183464. WhatsApp is a service of Meta. Their own privacy policy applies to that chat. Emails sent to Kkumarvinayak596@gmail.com are stored in that mailbox.

4. Sharing

We do not sell guest data. We may share information only:

With payment apps when you yourself pay by UPI
With authorities if required by law (for example guest register)
With a family member you name as the booking contact

5. Retention

Booking and ID records are kept only as long as needed for the stay, accounts and legal requirements, then deleted or archived securely.

6. Your choices

7. Children

Rooms are booked by adults. Children’s names may appear on a family booking. We do not knowingly collect data from children for marketing.
