By booking a room through this website, phone or WhatsApp you agree to the following terms of Vasavisatramguesthouse, 3VGC+8H3, Srisailam, Andhra Pradesh 518101.

1. Booking

A room is reserved only after we send a confirmation message from 7056183464 with dates, room type and amount. Website prices are a guide. Festival tariff, extra mattress and extra person charges will be stated in that message.

2. Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in: 11:00 AM
Standard check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in / late checkout depends on availability and may be charged
Every adult guest must show original government photo ID at the desk

3. Occupancy

Only the number of guests mentioned in the booking may stay in the room. Extra guests without notice can be refused or charged. Children below 5 years usually stay free without an extra bed, subject to confirmation.

4. House rules

Only vegetarian food inside rooms
No alcohol, smoking, illegal activity or loud music after 10:00 PM
Do not move furniture or use electric coils that can trip the wiring
Guests are responsible for their valuables
Damage to linen, AC, geyser or furniture will be billed at repair / replacement cost

5. Payment

Pay only to the UPI ID or account written in our confirmation. We never ask for OTP. Cash is accepted at the desk. If an advance is collected for peak dates, the balance is due at check-in.

6. Services we do not provide as a contract

Temple tickets, special darshan, boats, ropeway, taxis and meals at outside hotels are not part of the room contract unless a written package on WhatsApp says so.

7. Power, water and hill-town conditions

Srisailam is a temple town on a hill. Short interruptions in municipal water or electricity can occur. We keep drinking water and inform guests when we know of a scheduled outage. This is not treated as a deficiency if the room itself is provided.

8. Right to refuse

We may refuse or end a stay if ID is not produced, house rules are broken, or the booking was made with false details. Amount already used for the occupied night may not be refunded.

9. Cancellation

Cancellations follow the Return And Cancellation Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kurnool / Nandyal jurisdiction, Andhra Pradesh, shall have authority, without limiting any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
