Srisailam is a hill town. Water pressure and electricity sometimes fluctuate during peak pilgrim rush and heavy rain. We keep buckets filled and inform guests if a scheduled outage is announced.
Rooms can be allotted on the same floor for a family group. Please mention “family with women / children” on WhatsApp so reception keeps neighbouring rooms when possible. Do not share OTP or room numbers with unknown taxi touts outside the temple.
Darshan hours change on festival days and during special sevas. Ask us the previous evening. Carry a small cloth bag for footwear and phones if the queue is long.
Autos are the easiest way to Pathala Ganga, Sakshi Ganapathi and the dam viewpoint. We share typical fare ranges so you are not overcharged late at night.
Medical shops and a small hospital facility exist in town. Keep ORS, your regular tablets and mosquito balm in the bag — nights can be cool, afternoons warm.
Mobile signal varies by operator on the hill. Keep some cash for autos, small eateries and prasadam counters even if you pay the room on UPI.
